I am based in the beautiful Tamar Valley, where I draw inspiration from the nature that surrounds me. Within my artwork, you will find hares, bees, flowers, rolling hills and usually a cat or 5. I am also love and am very heavily influenced by pattern and colour.

You will find me ensconced in my studio, surrounded by inks, lino, cutting tools, a huge mug of tea and usually a couple of fat, lazy cats planting themselves where they really shouldn’t be planted!

Like everyone else 2020 has been a bit of a washout with regards to exhibitions and open studios. On the plus side it has finally spurred me on to make this website and I am currently working on opening an Etsy shop……so watch this space or follow me on Facebook at Gilly Spottiswoode Prints to find out when it goes live.
